E.1 Project Management and Audit

The AIRUSE Quality Assurance Plan summarizes the management structure, rules, training activities and the supervision of the overall progress of the project, identifying an unambiguous and appropriate workflow between consortium partners and the various roles, designed for the project.

Management team and structure

The management of the project is the responsibility of IDAEA-CSIC with the participation of members from all beneficiaries and is carried out at three different levels: strategic, operational and action group level.
The management of the project is the responsibility of the Project Management Team, including:

  • The Project Manager (strategic level)
  • Scientific and technical management (operational level)
  • Administrative and financial management (operational level)
  • Monitoring of the project progress (operational level)
  • Management of Dissemination actions (operational level)
  • The Dissemination team (action group level)

Reporting

AIRUSE Inception report was delivered on the 29th of July 2013 and approved on  September 2013.

The reporting period covered the project activities from 01/10/2012 to 31/05/2013.

AIRUSE Mid-term report was delivered, according to scheduled, on the 31th of July 2014.

The report was approved by the EC on Novembre 2014.

The reporting period covered the project activities from 01/10/2012 to 31/03/2014.
